Eucalyptus is a powerful antibacterial and anti-fungal. It is said to relieve respiratory issues and to stimulate immunity and improve the function of the circulatory system.
Lemongrass is also a powerful antibacterial and strong disinfectant. It is also said to reduce stress and anxiety and produce satiety.
Rejuvenating Face/Body spray - Lavender + Frankincense essential oils
Lavender oil promotes relaxation and reduces stress.
Frankincense is said to help with acne and blemishes and tighten skin.
Roller Balls - Calm & Clarity
Calm - Lavender + chamomile
Rolling this oil on your wrist or chest before your practice can help increase relaxation and improve concentration.
Chamomile oil is said to have a deep emotional and mental calming effect.
Clarity - Ylang ylang + Sweet orange oil
Ylang ylang is said to promote slow breathing, slow heart rate and boost self esteem. It is an incredibly grounding oil.
Sweet Orange is said to have antidepressant and mood boosting properties.
Sage smudge stick + Palo Santo stick
Sage smudging is an ancient spiritual ritual. It is used to rid yourself or your space of negativity. This can help you establish a positive environment for your meditation or yoga practice. My sage smudge sticks are made with California white sage, harvested and rolled by me.
Palo Santo, the “Holy stick” offers many ceremonial benefits to naturally heal and energetically cleanse oneself. In preparation for yoga or meditation, Palo Santo smudge sticks are burned to draw positive energies and keep them grounded. Burn this stick during the intention setting portion of your practice.
Rose quartz Crystal - Rose quartz vibrates strongly with the heart chakra. It can help to inspire self-love and promote peace and compassion. It is my favorite crystal to wear and I always have a piece nearby.
